Terms of Service

Welcome to Learn+. By downloading, installing, or using the Learn+ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

By accessing or using Learn+, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

Learn+ is an AI-powered learning platform that allows users to:

• Create personalized learning courses using artificial intelligence
• Access AI-generated educational content including text chapters and curated videos
• Browse and clone publicly available courses
• Take notes and track learning progress
• View recommended products and resources related to course topics
• Bookmark courses, videos, and resources for later access

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may sign in using your email address and password or through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Learn+ uses a credit-based system for course creation:

• Creating AI-generated courses requires credits
• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the respective app store policies
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable

Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their refund policies.

When you create courses or content using Learn+:

• You retain ownership of any original content you create
• You grant Learn+ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Publicly shared courses may be viewed and cloned by other users

Learn+ uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice
• You should verify important information through additional sources
• Learn+ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

The App may include:

• YouTube Videos: Curated video content from YouTube. Use of YouTube content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. See Section 7.1 below for details.
• Amazon Product Links: Product recommendations with links to Amazon. Purchases made through these links are subject to Amazon's terms and conditions. Learn+ may receive affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases.
• External Links: Links to third-party websites or services. Learn+ is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

7.1 YouTube API Services

Learn+ uses YouTube API Services to provide educational video content within courses. By using Learn+, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

When using features that include YouTube content, you acknowledge that:

• YouTube videos displayed in the App are provided by YouTube and are subject to YouTube's terms and policies
• Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to your use of YouTube content
• You can manage your Google account and data at Google Security Settings
• Learn+ does not upload, modify, or redistribute YouTube videos; we only display videos through YouTube's official API and embedded player
• Video availability is determined by YouTube and content creators; videos may become unavailable at any time

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Learn+ App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Learn+ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use Learn+ trademarks or branding without authorization

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARN+ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEARN+ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from AI-generated content inaccuracies

In no event shall Learn+'s total liability exceed the amount you paid to Learn+ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Learn+ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you create or share through the App

Learn+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Your account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any unused credits will be forfeited

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
